Physical Chemistry and Soft Matter 2

Research Overview

My interest is in the modeling of polymer molecules in inhomogeneous systems. Polymer adsorption, polymer brushes, Polymer self-assembly are a few examples. Starting from the self-consistent field theory of Scheutjens and Fleer (SF-SCF) I explore hybrids with Molecular Dynamics or Monte Carlo in order to improve intra- and intermolecular excluded volume interactions.
